The antagonistic effect at NMDA receptors can produce analgesic, euphoric, neuroprotective, and dissociative effects. Blocking the dopamine transporter leads to stimulant effects and can cause severe psychosis. Known arylcyclohexylamines include 2-FDCK, 3-MeO-PCP and ketamine.
